Join our team and play a critical role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain and support high-speed production and baking equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM)
- Troubleshoot PLCs (no programming required)
- Repair/install VFDs and calibrate instrumentation
- Support changeovers and minimize downtime
- Use CMMS (PLEX preferred) to document maintenance activity
- Partner with Production and QA to ensure safety and quality standards
Food Safety & Quality:
Safety is first. Quality is second. Always.
- Follow SQF, GMP, HACCP, and SOP standards
- Report and address food safety or quality issues immediately
- Maintain an audit-ready production floor daily
What We’re Looking For:
- 4 years or more of industrial maintenance experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- 4 years of electrical troubleshooting experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents
- Comfortable working overtime and weekends as needed
- Dependable with strong attendance and a team-first mindset

Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 70lbs
- Work on your feet in hot/cold manufacturing conditions
- Follow PPE, LOTO, and OSHA safety standards

Schedule:
- Day & Night Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 2-2-3 day work schedule
- 12 hour shifts
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
