Cerelia USA is hiring for 1st shift at our brand-new, state-of-the-art food production facility in Whitehall, Ohio. This plant focuses on our popular rolled dough and cookie dough products, including the Jus‑Rol® brand sold in major grocery stores.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and monitor high-speed food processing and packaging equipment
  • Inspect equipment before and after runs; document checks digitally
  • Adjust machinery to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Perform quality checks, bake-offs, and record production data
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance
  • Complete changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation between runs
  • Follow all food safety, quality (SQF), and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in food manufacturing or production (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn new systems (SAP/CMMS experience a plus)
